opts out actually means you let the spammer know it's a legitimate 
address and I am sure you will receive more spam than before.  Never 
mail a spammer, ever.
As you are on this list I assume you are using qmail, check out rblsmtpd 
for real time blacklist to have an initial screening incoming smtp hosts.
