setting user properties

Hello,
I'm using Qmail (with vpopmail) and Ezmlm-idx as mail server and I'm 
able to

- create a new list by:

vpopmail $ ezmlm-make -aBdFgHiJklMNOpqrStuWx /var/vpopmail/domains/domain.dom/test /var/vpopmail/domains/domain.dom/.qmail-test test domain.dom

- adding a user, who is allow to post on the list by:

vpopmail $ ezmlm-sub /var/vpopmail/domains/domain.dom/test [email protected]

But I how to tell ezmlm that the user [email protected] is an administrator 
for the list or modify grants for a new user.

By now, I'm using ezmlm-web interface to administrate my mailing list, 
but I want be able to do all administrative task with command line..

Any clue which can help me with user properties ?
