Make some users bypass moderation of a list

I am running netqmail-1.0.5, ezmlm-idx-std-5.1.2-7
I have a mailing list which is moderated. In qmailadmin, the following
option is activated "Only moderators can post, all messages go to moderators
for approval." I want to allow some users to post to the list without
moderation, how do i achieve this?

One way is i can add those users as moderators, but i dont want them
to receive the moderation emails from other users. Please help.
