Hi I have this scenario. I have this exchange server group [email protected] that was requested to be subscribed in my ezmlm mailing list [email protected]. I suggested for the users' to subscribe with there own email address, instead. For example, [email protected], [email protected], who are part of [email protected]. How will [email protected] handle bounces from users who are part of [email protected]? (fig below) |---> [email protected] [email protected] ----> [email protected] ----> |---> [email protected] How about creating a mailing list [email protected] instead and have those users subscribe in it? And then subscribe that mailing list into [email protected]. (like fig below). This way there will be still a separate group like the users wanted and have the owner of the exchange group alias be the moderator for it. Not sure how will the bounces work with this setup either. |---> [email protected] [email protected] ---> [email protected] ---> |---> [email protected] End of the day I think it is best that only users' email address is subscribed to a mailing list (like fig below) |----> [email protected] [email protected] ----> |----> [email protected] I manage the example.net domain. Looking for suggestion/best practice to address my predicament. -- Asif Iqbal PGP Key: 0xE62693C5 KeyServer: pgp.mit.edu A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
