There is clearly something misconfigured. What version of ezmlm is this?
How did you configure the list?

ezmlm just  uses dot-qmail conventions.  So to  check it out  you should
look  at the  man page  for dot-qmail  and then  find the  corresponding
files.

The qmail-send  logs will help  in this regard.  You might also  want to
google for  ``qmail big picture''  for an  overview of how  qmail works.
ezmlm is just a program that uses qmail underneath.
