Does CentOS really not keep Python updated to the last point release? Python has no support for SNI before Python 2.7.9 anyway; it looks like it doesn't even have full TLS support, so the test script wouldn't have run even if I made it catch this exception. It would just report no TLS1.3 / no SNI support and exit. Thanks for the report.
