Hi, I just started using getmail. I want to use it in conjunction with Neomutt. I have not removed any email from my server since October of last year. I set up my getmailrc like this: [retriever] type = SimplePOP3SSLRetriever server = pop.verizon.net port = 995 username = [email protected] password = XXXXXXXX [destination] type = Maildir path = ~/mail/ [options] read_all = false delete = true message_log = ~/.getmail/log-russurquhart1 It gets about 1000 emails pulled down before I start getting: Retrieval error: server for SimplePOP3SSLRetriever:[email protected]@pop.verizon.net:995 is broken; offered message AMT226ougKx9W+HmJgSIKAkS7K0 but failed to provide it. Please notify the administrator of the server. Skipping message… I get a bunch of those until I get: getmailrc: socket error ([Errno 32] Broken pipe) 1000 messages (54619353 bytes) retrieved, 0 skipped And it stops. Can I tell it to disregard/delete those past mails and start getting them from this month, for example? (I had previously loaded all my old email to the Apple mail application, and this is how I am currently getting my email, but would like to go back to Neomutt using getmail to get my mail. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Russ
