> Okay, fair enough, but understand it is not my intent to discredit you. > [...] You general tone to me is patronising. Rhetorical devices like these: - "No, you're missing the point that is being explained to you" - "I can only hope that you will listen and take the encouragement being offered" - "but hopefully the effort we've put in to encouraging you" - "Too many people have been bull-headed" are designed to belittle somebody. That is at least how you come across. I do use some sarcasm myself, but that is a different thing altogether. I would suggest that you strictly keep to the technical aspects. If you do not like my questions, or the way I am learning, or don't have time, patience, or whatever, I would understand that you just ignored my mails. And I don't agree with your views at all. Setting a mail server up in the configuration I am seeking is not silly and should not be so hard. You shouldn't need to learn so much, or to have your server exposed on the Internet. I have actually seen it like that on premises, but I did not get to see how it was implemented. If I manage to do it, I will write a guide up for laymen. If not, you and you mates will be vindicated! rdiez
