Internally grepmail does match this information, but it doesn't output it
in a simple way (it just outputs the full email). It's a bit of a tricky
problems since headers span lines, there may be more than one recipient,
etc.

You could find the part in the code where it does header matching, and
have it print out the header instead of the whole email. Debugging output
may also help you by printing out the header match.
