Re: ifile lexing question

ESR's daemonization code is shit.  By which I mean it uses
linux-specific features and does the wrong thing in a couple of ways
that I understood when I first looked at it but no longer.

Daemonizing ifile has been back-burnered for me for now, honestly.
Detangling stuff to create a clean client/server split looked too big
to get into.
