people who often download stuff from sourceforge surely know what i
mean.  maybe it has to do with those files appearing as "released" on
the project page.  if you select one of those for downloading, you
don't get that file directly; instead you get to see a page featuring
maybe half a dozen mirror-sites, and you must pick one of those links.
i dunno, i don't remember ever having used a GUI browser for this,
maybe it looks/works a lot different?
