Not really.  As a matter of fact the last two messages I see were sent
exactly two years ago today.  There were 53 other messages in 2006, but
none since.

I subscribed on 2002-02-02, and have 658 messages from the rest of that
year, 131 from 2003, 215 from 2004 and 48 from 2005.  The first year's
totals were inflated by 77 messages from a clueless idiot or bot that
rejoiced in the name "Info Bordello".  There may have been others. OTOH,
when I check the range of message ID numbers, I see that I may be
missing 283 messages during this period.

If there are, the authors are keeping them to themselves.  AFAIK, the
project has been abandoned (though I would love to be proven wrong in
this).
