Matteo Berlonghi is the admin-c, tech-c and CEO at SeFlow, so I guess he has
the credentials to add records in the RIPE database. He personally dealt with
my account setup at Pianeta Fibra.
They're the first ISP who endowed me with IPv6 addresses. But then don't want
to do rDNS —for IPv4 they don't do delegations, but inserted a few PTRs for me.
And the ISP market is not easily explorable for the kind of features needed to
run a mail server. Not many people run their own mail servers. We are an
endangered species.
