Well, I suppose if we're counting votes by mail system, we should point out
that gmail also adopted + delimiters.

It would be nice for this to be configurable so that transitioning away
from any popular system to courier is supported :)

I assume you'll be limiting the set of possible delimiter characters, as we
wouldn't want @, nor probably alphanumerics...
