Hello, 

Sorry, but after installed the latest version (1.3.11) , I still have the issue with outlook and UTF8.

Imho the real issue is how outlook handles UTF8 capability ...

So  is a way to disable the UTF8 capability ?
 I tested another mta and it does not advertise UTF8 USER and don't have the issue ... ☹

Yes, that is sufficient, however the courier-debuild file does this too (line 20 is 'tar xf *').

That results in the tarball being untar'ed twice, which is why my Dockerfile pulls out just the courier-debuild{,.in} files.
