Can Courier's ID tell something about SMTP transactions?

Hi,

I sent myself a message from Gmail to three addresses of mines.  Two were in the same domain (tana.it) while the third was on a different domain.  I got:

As you can see, the copy sent to a different domain even arrived through a different host.

Time is clearly the middle item in id:
ale:~$ date --date=@$((16#00000000683ECFF8))
Tue 03 Jun 2025 12:35:36 CEST

The other two must be pid and inode.

By the first two messages having the same id, can I deduce they were received in the same transaction?
