Find that setting that shows only subscribed folders, and turn it off.

To show all IMAP folders in Mozilla Thunderbird instead of just subscribed  
ones, go to your Account Settings, select the IMAP account, click Server  
Settings, then the Advanced button, and uncheck "Show only subscribed  
folders," finally restarting Thunderbird to see the change
