Sorry for my misunderstanding you meant changes in the client.
Did not help. I connect from several clients (PC, motebook) WIN and Linux. Even created a new account connection-side. All show this same behaviour to all accounts copied in and out to the new disk. I don't see any file-level permission problems. Still neither can I believe in a client side problem affecting several a the same time.

Situation:
INBOX: Can see list, mails, incoming mails show up.
newly created (by client) folders: Same, work fully.
All other existing folders: See list (chached?), but selecting a line does not show content.

May there be any corrupted meta file? (like one of the courier*)
Is there a command to recreate meta?
Is there a way to see specially if courier lacks file level permissions?

I am really at loss.
