Big company sents 0 character in voicemail messages

Hello, Here in the Netherlands the biggest telephone company (KPN) does sent voicemail messages with a 0 character in the text-part. Something like this, look for <C0><80>: ----------- <headers> --MM3-12345-789 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Je hebt een nieuwe voicemail ontvangen van 06xxxxxxxx op 21/05/2022 om 22:51:35 uur.
