RE: Big company sents 0 character in voicemail messages

Hi,

We had the same issue long time ago, we solved this issue with some postfix configuration, we didn't find a solution on the Cyrus side :
message_strip_characters = \0

Here in the Netherlands the biggest telephone company (KPN) does sent voicemail messages with a 0 character in the text-part. Something like this, look for <C0><80>:

For so far I know <C0><80> is a overlong coded nulcharacter:
