I have a similar issue connecting on my side=20 using sieveshell. https://github.com/cyrusimap/cyrus-imapd/issues/530 From that issue, it sound like the recommended solution is to use=20 another sieve manager, like this: https://code.guido-berhoerster.org/projects/sievemgr/ I generally use the sieve manager from RoundCube's webmail for my sieve=20 script management.
