 From version 140+ Thunderbird doesn't rely anymore to "defaults" from=20=20
the RFCs, it looks only to special use flags and create the folder on=20=20
local disk if it doesn't find them. I didn't find a doc last year that=20=20
describes that change.

I don't use these options because they works only for autocreate inbox=20=20
and I had broblems between murder and autocreate. Will have to check=20=20
again on modern cyrus.
