Folders inside Inbox, I want them outside

Hi

I have just installed jamm 0.9.6 and followed the howto guide, but I 
have a small problem.

The Trash and sent folders appear inside the Inbox, unlike my other 
email acounts where they appear outside. Also when I try to create new 
folders they appear inside the inbox.

I read once on this list that it had something to do with namespace, but 
I cannot find the post.

Is it possible to configure the imap server or my client (mozilla 
1.7/Thunderbird) to have them outside.

My clients namespace settings:
Imap server directory: <empty>
Show only subscribed folders: yes
Server support folder that contain folders and messages: yes
Max server connections: 5
Personal namespace: <empty>
public (shared) namespace: <empty>
Other users namespace: <empty>
Allow server to override these namespaces : yes
