There's nothing obvious in your setup.  Everything look configured
properly to me.  The one thing I thought it could be was an issue with
address verification in postfix, but you seem to have that off.  (And
it would have shown up in the maillog.)

What's a dump of your ldap database (in ldif format) look like?

Right now i'm suggesting you doublecheck the spelling on everything,
as there's nothing jumping out.  Usually this is the case of a type-o.
