0.9.7-rc1 is out!

I just put 0.9.7-rc1 out on sourceforge.  Why not a full release?  I'm
going out of town for the weekend tomorrow, and I wanted to get it out
before I'm gone.

Its missing two important things before it can be 0.9.7.  1)
Documentation on the changes and 2) The graphics are still "Delete
Account" and "Delete Domain" not "Mark for deletion" in each case.

Changes that are in 0.9.7-rc1 that you'll want to play with:

1) UTF-8 support.  You should be able to do extended characters in
   your CN fields now.

2) jammCleaner should be cron friendly now.  You can set its
   configuration in <vmail_home>/lib/jammCleaner.properties.  Command
   line options will override what's in the properties file.  By removing
   interactivity and switching to log4j for its output I think I nuked
   the mysterious 'newlines when there was no other output.'

3) Bug fix: when a domain was set to be deleted, its catchall was
   still active.  (Thanks to Brian White (one of my users) for
   discovering that.)

4) Bug fix: You could create an account or alias named "postmaster".
   That really caused problems.  (Thanks to Bjrn Magnus Mathisen for
   finding that one.)

5) For developers: the dependency on cryptix is now gone since cryptix
   seems to have disappeared from the web.  (Thanks to Dave Terrell.)

For those of you who have been asking, my target for 0.9.8 is to have
quota editing support.  I've been sitting on a patch from Laurynas
Butkus forever, but I needed to get what I had in process done first.
