I once had a similar issue when I was using JAMM 0.9.6 where a user
created an account called postmaster and then marked it for deletion.
JAMM cleaner then deleted the postmaster account defaulty created by
JAMM and left the user postmaster account. This caused JAMM cleaner to
throw a JAVA error and I could no longer manage that domain, but all the
others were OK. I had to restort to backup (Yes I'm a wimp) and pulled
the postermaster details out of the nightly ldif dump I perform. I
reimported those details and used phpldapadmin to delete the incorrect
postmaster account. I was immediately able to gain control over that
domain and JAMM cleaner would perform correctly.

So can you manage any other domains within JAMM? If so it is mostly
likely a problem with one of the accounts within that domain. Either
dump the LDAP to a file and use a text editor to look for invalid
accounts or use phpldapadmin. The following command will dump the entire
JAMM LDAP entires to a LDIF format file:

ldapsearch -b "dc=example,dc=com,dc=au" -D
"cn=Manager,dc=example,dc=com,dc=au" -W -x > dump.ldif

Dumping the entire JAMM LDAP information is a bit heavy if you have a
large number of domains and accounts but it will let you see the format
of other working domains. Either way it looks like you might need the
help of the LDAP administrator if that is not you.
