It should in the long run, I just haven't gotten there.  In fact, in
the last 6mo-year I've gotten very little done.

In any case, if you view the source for that page, you might see a
stack trace.  Also, a good way to get stack traces from java is to go
into struts-config.xml and comment out the global-exceptions.
