This is outside the scope of the mailserver HOWTO currently. However, I won't leave you hanging... if this is a local network, look at postfix's mynetworks directive. For remote authentication, you need to set up SASL in postfix. What I've done, and what works well, is have SASL go against PAM which is going against LDAP. The bonus of this setup is that if you have local users as well, PAM can check the local password file as well LDAP. Keith -- Keith T.
