maildrop+jamm ? Any working configs?

As I look through maildropldap.config I see part of things I understand, 
and it looks as if I could rig maildrop to work plain jane with the 
virtual users account but I don't see a way to use the alias information.

Has anyone worked down this path?  I was told on the Dspam list,

different SMTP transports, and reinjection of the mails). Or you can use

agent. I use Maildrop from the Courier project as an LDA, and you can
compile Maildrop with LDAP support. Dspam hands off to Maildrop, which
looks up the delivery location in LDAP. Works great (at least my setup,
with MySQL instead of LDAP does...)

Now I'm working on the second idea since its a nice handoff.. but I 
might be on a wall with jamm.. but I'm not sure.. need another 
perspective or a good bonk on the head.
