Since we are approaching another release, I am going to restate a feature request. I often work over a modem connection, so I like to send my mail when I get up for coffee or something, especially when I have a lot of attachments. Mahogany allows for this of course. But occasionally I have a message that needs to go out *now*. To send it, I currently have to either send everything, or (change my preferences, send it, and change them back). A "send now" option for the current message would be very nice.
