You are following the same procedure I did.
OK, I am on another computer today.
It has Mahogany 0.66 (18 months old) and Windows XP.
I get a "cannot save file" warning.
The setup where I had the problem was:
the most recent snapshot on Win 2000.

So ...

It looks like I should test this again once you make a new
Windows binary.
