New release of the courier, courier-sox, courier-authib, courier-imap,  
sqwebmail, and maildrop packages:

Changes:

- all: spec files for building on Fedora updated to reflect some additional  
needed dependencies in F34

- coutier-authlib: header file cleanup, the autoconf-generated  
courier_auth_config.h no longer gets installed

- courier: fix a bug that results in excessive delays when the submitdelay  
config setting is enabled

- courier, courier-imap: fix "make check" hanging when link-time  
optimization is enabled

- courier, sqwebmail: webgpg installs better configuration defaults.

- courier, courier-imap: adjust non-Unicode compatible message alerts,  
they'll be sent only for new messages.

- courier: fix SMTP protocol errors when a couriermlm mailing list has a non- 
deliverable address.

- openssl: add TLS protocol setting to disable client-side renegotiation

- courier: A "*" in some configuration files is a replacement wildcard for  
the system hostname; allows for stock configuration files to be deployed to  
multiple hosts.

- courier, sqwebmail: fix handling of logins with Unicode characters.
