New release of Courier packages

New versions released of courier (1.1.0), courier-imap (5.1.0), courier- 
authlib (0.71.2), sqwebmail (6.0.6), maildrop (3.0.3), cone (1.2), courier- 
unicode (2.2.2), courier-analog (0.19) and sysconftool (0.18).

Changes:

- courier, courier-imap: replaced Gamin and FAM library usage with the  
inotify API, which is always enabled. The IMAP_ENHANCEDIDLE setting is  
removed from the imapd configuration file.

- courier, courier-imap, cone: implement the TLS ALPN (Application Level  
Protocol Negotiation) extension (supported in the current versions of  
OpenSSL and GnuTLS). This TLS extension gets automatically enabled by  
default when following the default upgrade instructions (which adds the new  
setting to the imapd-ssl and pop3d-ssl configuration files).

- all: RPM spec files updated to fix a typo that prevented them from getting  
built on RHEL/CentOS 7.

- courier: RPM spec file updated to use triggers to restart courier  
automatically after an update, going forward.

- courier, maildrop: these packages install the maildirwatch tool which  
tests the inotify API, but might be useful for implementing simple shell  
script-based tools to process incoming mail automatically. The maildrop  
package also installs the maildirkw tool that was missing from it.

- courier-unicode: implement the Unicode bi-directional and normalization  
algorithms (not used in Courier itself, but used in other code).
