I don't know anything about Postfix, but sendmail can fix both problems:

1) To prevent outside access to -outgoing, add this entry to 
/etc/mail/virtusertable
[email protected]        error:nouser User unknown

2) The -outgoing address is "hidden" if you use:
test:    "| /usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper resend -l test test-outgoing,nobody"

Perhaps Postfix has features similar to these?
