The list file is a plain text file kept in the same folder as the config 
file.  The file consists of one email address per line.
The name of the list file in the following example is 
"/usr/local/majordomo/lists/test"

test: "|/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper resend -l test test-list,nobody"
test-list: :include:/usr/local/majordomo/lists/test, test-archive, 
test-digestify

I have found that the following address formats work when the file is 
edited by hand and should work with the email command as well:
[email protected]
George Jetson <[email protected]>
"George" <[email protected]>
