sendmail doesn't seem to work now

I just installed Majordomo with Linux.  I use fetchmail 6.2.5 and sendmail 12.11.  I was able to get Majordomo to install successfully and all the permissions are ok (I no errors with the wrapper).  I added majordomo.aliases to sendmail.cf by adding this line:

OA/home/majordomo/majordomo.aliases

Should I have commented out the other alias line:

O AliasFile=/etc/mail/aliases

My mail was being sent to /var/spool/mail/majordomo, but when I added the above line my mail was downloaded...I'm just not sure where.
