Majordomo does not have/use mailboxes, nor does it ever POP them. You are trying to do something outside majordomo's control. It would be easiest if the user needing to see messages to a list distributed by majordomo just subzcribe to the list. Since the sendmail aliases file for the list can also contain many recipients, managed by the postmaster/admin user, this is another way a user can be added to a distribution without having to subzcribe. Sorry I have not been responsive to these requests, but my full time job had me working non-stop for about 3 weeks including weekends. I am just now catching up on sleep and personal time.
