Majordomo does not have/use mailboxes, nor does it ever POP them.
You are trying to do something outside majordomo's control.  It
would be easiest if the user needing to see messages to a list
distributed by majordomo just subzcribe to the list.

Since the sendmail aliases file for the list can also contain
many recipients, managed by the postmaster/admin user, this is
another way a user can be added to a distribution without having
to subzcribe.

Sorry I have not been responsive to these requests, but my full
time job had me working non-stop for about 3 weeks including
weekends.  I am just now catching up on sleep and personal time.
