I see the question asked fairly frequently, as to how to get off of the majordomo-users mailing list. Most recently, today. Ultimately, nobody put you on this list except yourself, unless you ended up at an ISP that allows the re-use of login/email IDs. In this case, the person that had the mailbox before you may have signed up and never removed themself from the list before leaving your ISP, leaving your account with a stale subscription to majordomo-users. If your mail client is web savy, clicking the link below should be enough to do what you want. If not, please resort to "the old fashioned way" which is described right after the link/URL. You can substitute greatcircle.com with any domain that runs majordomo mailing list software. You can substitute majordomo-users with the name of any majordomo list you are subscribed to. Make sure your "return address" or "From address" is the same as the one receiving messages from the majordomo mailing list. mailto:[email protected]?body=unsubscribe%20majordomo-users or send a message the old fashioned way... To: [email protected] From: address_to_be_unsubscribed Subject: (none) unsubscribe majordomo-users address_to_be_unsubscribed . End of message Dan Liston
