You may not be aware that configuration file CAN BE CHANGED by email
commands WITHOUT administrative access to the server.  All you need is the
list name and the list password, AND following of the insrudtions; you
must use PLAIN TEXT format in your email to ensure no additional
characters inserted by your mail application.
