shot out to the list owner ...

So its the #unknown in this that I should be looking at?  In this case, 
I'd need something like:

remove-noprobe-quiet
$diagnostic =~ /not a gateway/i &&
$consecutive > 10 &&
$bouncedpct > 75

To handle its bounces?
