Enhancement request: additional actions for bounce_rules

It's been suggested for some of our lists that, rather then 
unsubscribing on bounces, we set nomail -- people have grown used to the 
Yahoo idea of "bouncing address" management, and we can also use 
inactive_lifetime to deal with subsequent removal.  (One list-owner even 
requested to set digest on bounces -- weird to me, but, hey...)

Would you consider this?
