Way to trace one specific subscriber ... ?

I have a subscriber that is receiving email from 2 out of 3 of the lists 
he's on ... the 3rd list has 28k subscribers to it (pgsql-announce), and 
he's getting nothing ...

I have a delivery_rule that does affect him:

And tha tis the /(net|de)$/ one, as his address is @freedomcircle.net ...

Doing a 'show <subscriber>' shows him to be 'Receiving Each message' for 
all three lists ...

Doing a grep of his address in /var/log/maillog on 200.46.208.251 shows 
him being queued and sent email for the other lists, but when I try and 
find anything from pgsql-announce, there is nothing ...

I don't want to increase debugging on pgsql-announce, since, with 28k 
subscribers, the log will grow huge quickly ... I've done a 'rekey-verify' 
on the lists, and pgsql-announce comes clean ...

Is there something else that I can look for / at?  If he wasn't receiving 
for any lists, that is one thing, but with what look to be the exact same 
subscribe 'parameters' for all three lists, but not receiving for one, I'm 
thinking that maybe somehow the list size is affecting things ... maybe 
its stop'ng to process before it gets to his email address?
