Re: Way to trace one specific subscriber ... ?

pgsql-announce only receives about 15 messages per month, so it 
shouldn't be too difficult for you to increase the debugging level, wait 
until a message or two are posted, then decrease it again.

You might consider changing the bounce probe pattern to send messages to 
him using VERP.
