All of the things you mention are good, but I'd have to vote for users to 
be accounted for first and admins second. I'm just running a few small 
lists with a total of about >2000 people, but the percentage of people who 
understand what to do with an email'd confirmation request is about 5% of 
the total requests.

People need a vacation interface to help them go away on vacation 
on a specifiable start and end date. (This should generate the appropriate 
default delay; set $all_freds_lists nomail-$duration)

Can you get this done by EOB tomorrow? ;-)
