I don't disagree, but define 'admins' ?  lotsa scope here, I would
expect most moderators (pseudo-list admins) to be just more competent
end users.  Domain and site admins would be further down on the 'hand
holding' list...

Is this because of the language or terminology involved (ie, use
smaller words and shorter sentences w/o lingo) or a technology issue
(they can't reply, need to login to a web page, etc?)
