Any decent greylist package remembers IP addresses that have successfully
sent mail before. If his doesn't do that (a problem with some old, poorly
written ones), tell him to manually whitelist your IP address.

The per-message bounce addressing that MJ2 uses is a critical part of its
accurate bounce processing. Any properly operating greylister has no
problem with MJ2 mail. If they don't believe me, tell them to read my
paper on greylisting at the 2005 CEAS conference.
