moved to new server, now no dequeue

I swapped to a new server last week, and initially it looked like
majordomo2 was working, but I've started getting reports of messages not
going out. It also looks like it's not responding to commands (who,
subscribe, etc):


I see mj_queueserv and mj_queuerun running, and I see mail in the list
queue ( /info2/majordomo2/QUEUE/10/smoe.org/10/list ):
