Meh.  I can say that many people that uses the postgresql.org is
confused by the web interface, yes, no doubt about that.  That's one of
the things that could be much improved.

BTW if you think the help system is email-interface-focused, then that
probably alienates you some more ;-)  It seems actually much more
focused on somebody running the commands on the shell interface.  And
it's not just the help system.
