[mew-int 3214] discontinuing ML service

Hello,

For some reasons, I have to replace a server of Mew.org.  Since all
MLs on mew.org are not active and it gets much difficult for me to
manage ML services, I decided to discontinue all MLs on mew.org.

Web service including old mail archives will continue.

If necessary, we need to find other ML services (free of
charge). Suggestions are welcome.
