Mulberry doesn't work with current GnuPG?

I'm trying to get GPG signing working again (after several years) on windows

I've looked at <http://trac.mulberrymail.com/mulberry/wiki/gpg>, but 
haven't had much luck.

I installed to my D: drive, so I created C:\gnupg and linked "gpg.exe" to 
the gpg.exe file installed in D:.  However, About Plugins still does not 
show the GnuPG plugin as being loaded.

Any pointers?
